Who is DFW Hard Money
Founders John Pribble & Lynn Boyer each have more than two decades of experience as real estate brokers. They both own residential and commercial properties and are experts in acquisition, portfolio management, building and construction, development, and disposition. They have completed more than 5000 transactions across multiple asset classes.
The DFW Hard Money team is made up of professionals with years of experience in real estate, mortgage lending and finance. Our backgrounds and work ethics have primed us to provide capital solutions for residential and CRE alike. Our objective is to build long-term and mutually beneficial relationships with investors that want to succeed with an agile lending partner beside them, no matter the size of the project.

John Pribble
John is a real estate expert and author with 22 years of investment and brokerage experience. After flipping houses in the early 2000's he built a portfolio of 112 rental properties in the residential, multi-family, commercial, and farm and ranch spaces. Additionally, John has personal experience in property management, land development and vertical construction projects. His strengths include casting vision and direction while inspiring teams and streamlining operations by creating systems resulting in efficiency and accuracy.
Lynn Boyer
Lynn Boyer accomplished investment career began in 1976 with his first property purchase. Since then, he has owned 100+ properties across 3 states in the residential, commercial, industrial, and land asset classes. He has expertise in property management, fix-and-flip, and multi-family residences. Lynn has a passion for real estate holding a Brokers license in 9 states. He is a Texas-licensed CPA with a B.S. in Accounting. He enjoys working with people, developing and implementing strategies, and project management.
Missy Womack
Missy's success as a business development and sales professional is derived from her belief in building strategic partnerships with clients and potential customers. Her skill set includes identifying new business opportunities to increase profitability and sustain customer base while exceeding expectations and achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction. Missy enjoys the outdoors, hiking, horseback riding, and sitting around the fire pit with loved ones.
Shelley Blalock
With more than two decades of property and construction management experience, Shelley brings an expert level skill set to her work as a draw manager. She strives to process all draw requests quickly and efficiently while ensuring the construction stays on track and assisting borrowers with their scope of work. Shelley enjoys glamping, gardening, traveling, and spending time with friends.
Misty Dorsey
As a tenured accounting manager, Misty has perfected her goals of accuracy and client communication ensuring precision in all reporting and interactions through the life of the borrower's loan. Misty's duties include utilizing financial and proprietary software systems to initiate transactions, create financial reports, borrower statements, reminders, and payoff requests for a smooth experience from origination to payoff. Her favorite pastime is enjoying the tranquility under water while scuba diving.
Laura Sandoval
Laura is a bilingual loan coordinator with more than ten years in the lending industry. She excels in customer service as her goal is to ensure our clients have the best experience from application through the pre-approval process and onto closing. Laura enjoys baking custom cakes for friends and family.
Stephanie Langford
Stephanie excels as a business development and sales professional because of her drive to ensure our potential, new, and existing clients are educated on our processes up front. She is diligent in maintaining relationship and takes care in getting our clients projects to the closing table. She enjoys working out, traveling, and baking.
Erin Uzee
After 25 years of administrative experience in office management, human resources, and accounting, Erin finds satisfaction in her role as office administrator. She assists in creating and working processes, maintaining all paper and digital documentation, recording legal documents, and completing various office tasks. She enjoys spending time with her husband and grandchildren and believes the best days are beach days.
